Issue with Task SLA list visualization in Platform Analytics Dashboard

Hi all,
I have a list visualization on one of the Platform Analytics dashboards that displays data from the task_sla table. The issue is that the list does not show the latest SLA values. Even after refreshing the dashboard or the list, the numbers do not update. The updated values only appear when opening the individual record.
According to KB0685187 – “Why do task SLAs not get updated on refresh in Dashboards / Homepages / Reports?”, this is expected behaviour. However, I’m wondering if there is any way to display the most up‑to‑date SLA data in a list visualization on a dashboard.

@akshayashetty we are facing the same issue. Seems like an expected platform behavior considering the real time updates might cause performance issue as mentioned in the KB. Currently I have a case with ServiceNow support for a workaround
