Issue with varient clone SOW UI builder?

I tried cloning landing page in service operations workspace 

i get the below image saying no page collection added yet ,what is missing?

Running this issue now too. Cloned the OOTB home page so I can edit donuts but the right pane is now broken -- no announcements or upcoming tasks or quick links.
