Our team is trying to load and use the latest version of Font Awesome into our Service Portal, but am running into several issues getting them to render correctly on our page.
We are using the OOTB HRJ Theme, but are hoping to load and use the latest version of Font Awesome on our portal.
This is what we've done so far:
1) Went to our Theme page located at Service Portal > Themes and created a new CSS Includes at the bottom of the page.
2) In the CSS Includes page, we chose Style Sheet and copied and pasted the Font Awesome CSS seen here:
https://use.fontawesome.com/releases/v5.6.3/css/all.css
3) Cleared cache
4) Control-F5 reload and still noticed a bunch of icons not showing up:
5) Opened up the console, opened up Sources and it looks like the Style Sheet above is loaded:
However, there appears to be Font Awesome 4.7 and 5.1 loaded as well...
Can someone explain what we're doing wrong here? By loading in v.5.6.3 this way, are the previous versions of Font Awesome still there? How can we load it so that the latest version works and is the only one loaded?
Thanks!

Hi,
Have you managed to fix that?
