Issues with Unmoderated Items Section in ServiceNow Communit

Hi Team,

When I reply to a question or when I post question. It goes to "My Unmoderated Items" section under "My items Awaiting Approval" status. It does not post a question or add a reply to a post for several hours or Days.

 

Please assist

Hi @NihalMankar 

 

From last few days, there are lots of spam post are there in community and to minimize this, few security checks has been added and due to this your post go for moderator.

@NihalMankar Recently some spam filters have been applied by the ServiceNow Community team. This has been done to prevent spam posts on the forum. Please wait for some time for the spam filter to approve your posts.

Hi @NihalMankar ,

 

The ServiceNow Community team has recently implemented spam filters to prevent unwanted posts on the forum. If your post is caught by the filter, it will be reviewed by a moderator. Just be patient, and your post should be approved soon.

 

@Dan Bruhn  request you please do needful.
