I need to know if it is possible to edit de Post Incident Report

It is possible to add new sections or rename the actual sections?. How can I do that? (please see the attached photo)

Unfortunately, no. It's a UI Page that pulls things together and then builds a PDF, but we don't have access to it.

Hi, I think it is possible - I was able to do remove Timeline section as a system administrator in lab instance using Configure-Form Design/Form Layout option.

However, I've added some things to PIR tab, this is reflected in Incident - PIR, but not in Workbench - PIR.
