I have connected Virtual Agent with two MS Teams tenants. I have confirmed that we can connect two tenants to Virtual agent in SN by creating a bot for each tenant. Please see https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1160286 for reference, as well as attached the pdf.
However, when a user in A tenant connects to a user in A tenant from an incident, they can chat fine. When a user in A tenant tries to initiate a chat from incident to a user in B tenant, they are asked to switch chat and cannot really communicate with the user. Please see the screenshot for clarity.
