itil users can change state of incident from Closed to another value in list view

Hi,

 

in my clients instance, an itil user can change state of an incident from Closed to something else in the list view, which we don't want. I can't find any funny business with the ACLs and have compared list_edit with my PDI and they are identical. Any thoughts about what I should be looking for?

Can you also check client scripts or UI policy (scripts) on the Table.
