Hi Community,
Let's say I have made User A as Delegate of User B. So, all the approvals of User B must also be visible to User A.
Both are itil users. But User A can only see it's approvals in SNOW UI -> My Approvals module and not in ESC portal.
But when User A is granted with approval_user role he is able to see the approvals in Portal.
Could you please help me suggesting how can we make itil users who are made delegates also approves requests from Portal?
