  • Navigate to My Groups Work
  • As user David Loo, select the catalog task number in the Developer Laptop request record. 
  • Update the catalog task form with the following information:
    • Assigned to: David Loo
    • Work notes: We had this laptop in stock. Item shipped.
  • Post the work notes and close task.
