Hi,
Am I missing something important configuration / settings as a novice to SNow?
Image 1 - The unified navigation header bar is not visible in Yokohama patch 1 and 2 on the dev org created recently. Also the complete menu list under the Profile image is missing.
Image 2 - This UN bar should be available by default.
So is this an issue with some wrong settings somewhere?
please help (it must be some small issue somewhere but I am novice user 🙂 ) thanks .

both the images are for different things. see responses below
1) the 1st image is about App engine studio where developers/admins can create custom app etc
2) the 2nd image is about the home page when user logins to the instance
So they are working as expected
See below images from my instance

For this
Go to developer.servicenow.com.
Open your profile.
There, you will see the option to change your user role. [ left side]
Change it to 'Admin' and save.

Glad to know.
If user has app engine creator then system will take user to App engine page
If user has admin then it's normal homepage
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

thanks Ankur for quick response, another basic question, what is the URL used to get the " the home page when user logins to the instance"?
I am getting directly into App Engine Studio whenever I login to devxxxx.service-now.com; hence the confusion about the unified navigation header bar. thank in advance.
