The main advantages of reports is a visual interface of live data, where data can be grouped or filtered according to specific business need, which can be presented to several layers of stakeholders. Technical / non-technical.

You can create a report to visualize your data. In short to represent your table records in pictorial way you need a report. you can also dynamically change which type of records you need in your report.
