Procedure Request in Pre-Visit Management - Review Insurance Step

Hi Team,

 

In the Pre-Visit Management module of HealthCare and Life Sciences Industry Solution, when contributor raises a procedure request on behalf of the patient, it goes to the respective fulfillment team to fulfill the procedure request. At that time, system is not enabling the Review the Insurance step to do necessary actions on it. 

Can anyone revert back, what might be the scenario of this issue? 

 

FYR: It is working fine for the demo data available in the instance.
