Retroactive start when activated does what?
Sets start to equal when the ticket was saved
Sets start to equal when the ticket was updated
Sets start to equal when the ticket was created
Sets start to equal when the ticket was put to On Hold

OOTB: Sets start to equal when the ticket was created
but we can change it to created to opened as well.
