IVR Integration with servicenow

I have a requirement to integrate IVR with Service now. As I am new to service now, what is the suggested application and ways to implement it. Are there any docs available that I can refer to?.

What IVR solution do you use in your company? As an example, there is "b+s Connects" store app that enabled the integration between ServiceNow to Cisco Contact Center.

I am not sure about the IVR solutions, but is there any procedure document that I can refer for b+s connects or any other applications.

Depending on your IVR solution and your needs there are a few deployment options available to you to integrate with ServiceNow.
