JAMF integration Service Graph connector - Mid server

Hi,

We have SG-SCCM integration in our project and we have JAMF in pipiline.

I did see that JAMF can also be done through Service Graph connector. My question is, can I use the same midserver that we have for SCCM for this purpose?

I'm still a learner in ITAM and discovery phase, so any help or inputs would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @swetham1 ,

Yes you can use same mid server for both integration but i would not recommend you for below reason.

1. If mid server goes down then both integration will be impacted.

2. Creating new mid server for JAMF will not cost and impact anything.

3. For troubleshoot if required to do some changes at mid server level then other integration will impact.

Better create dedicated mid server for both.
