Java null pointer exception when converting Zing search to AI search

Hi,

 

I am getting java nullponter exception when converting Now Experience Search Configuration  to AI Search for Next experience. Can anyone help me how to reslove this.

 

 

Error Message: [Converter] java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "com.glide.db.meta.Query.isValidEncodedQuery(String, boolean)" because "this.fQuery" is null

Hi @jitendrag 

 

1. Refer:Repair AI Search for Next Experience after activating a new ServiceNow AI Platform language 

 

  • Navigate to All > System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
  • Locate the AI Search for Next Experience and select its menu icon .
  • In the Activate Plugin dialog box, select Repair.

2) Type Cache.do in the application navigator to clear session caches.

Thank for the suggestion. But I am still facing the same issue
