JDBC Credentials not working

I have tried the JDBC credentials for the SQL server but unfortunately while testing those, it shows an error.

Hi, please also share the screenshot from corresponding JDBC connection.

Looks to be connectivity related, like either MID server is not used or DB instance is not reachable.
