JDBC datasource - Did not get a response from the MID server.

Hi, 

 

we are facing an issue for JDBC data source ( JDBCProbeError) :

Error Messages:
"Did not get a response from the MID server."

We reviewed the ServiceNow's  KB0858700 but we do not have any 'output' records in state=processing in the ecc queue table. They are in 'ready' state  with the error.  So we cannot follow the steps in the KB. 

 

Could anyone suggest please what to check or what we might try to solve the this issue?

@marketa_w   I understand that output records in ecc_queue table are in ready state not in processing in your case. I would suggest give a try as per the KB to change from ready to error state as underlying error is same and check if it works. There is no harm to try.
