Jira Integration : Connection Alias field not showing up in Flow Designer Action - Create Issue ?

I am trying integrate JIRA in my ServiceNow PDI.  I have created Credentials, Connection and credentials  as shown below 

In flow-designer, when I create Create Issue Action,  I do not see Connection Alias field. Can someone help me in this. I have seen similar issues being asked in the community, could not find the solution. Any idea ?

The connection part in Flow Designer is old, and will no longer be required, as long as you see the connection in Flow Designer connections you should be good:

One more note is you will have to save the flow before the projects populate
