Journal fields ie (Worknotes ,Additional comments ) stacked in single activity after migration

Hello Developers,

Hope everyone is doing great!

Need assistance with this scenario

I am using import sets / transform maps to migrate records using data source of excel sheets.

Its a normal transform map with fields maps  of attributes including work notes , additional comments . it works fine but I noticed the journal fields are getting stacked in single activity .

Eg: if source records has 5 different work notes after migration it shows 5 different work notes in single activity in target.

I know I need to probably script this in transform maps but not sure how to.
Would appreciate your expertise to solve this.

In your transform map is the work_notes mapped to a field from the source, or it's mapped with a script ?
