This solution is designed to:

• 📋 Track both new and Old patient records.
• 🩺 Maintain detailed treatment histories linked to specific diseases.
• 👨⚕️ Map doctors to treatments and track their duty schedules
• 🔍 Suggest the right doctor based on specialization and disease type
• 📊 Provide dashboards for hospital administrators to monitor patient trends and doctor workloads

By combining structured data design with intelligent automation, this tracker empowers hospitals to deliver more efficient, patient-centered care while ensuring transparency and accountability.
