i can only view Article Text not able to view the attachment ...

Just FYI 

I already make active of Display attachments in KB article .But still not displayig...

I can see attachements in Desktop ...but not able to view in Mobile.(NOW Mobile App)

I got the solution from Servicenow HI that , need to open the m_kb_view page and then and instance with widget (KB Attachments )..then it will appear on the Mobile.

Hi Vishal,

we are also facing the above issue in Now Mobile app. When we open the KB article , we are not able to see it's attachment.

I hope the above solution is with respective to now Mobile app. If yes can you please brief  on the solution, it would be of much help for us.
