Hello experts please I need your help, I have this issue, when I open a KB article in SN, there's a related link called "View article", I click on the View Article action and redirects me to the article view, then I see this:
when I click on "Content Governance" which is the category, it should redirect me to the knowledge search (kb_search) based on the article.
The issue I have is that in our instance it does not redirect there, it redirects to knowledge homepage(knowledge.do):
can you guide where this can be fixed so as to have the page redirected to the correct URL?
I checked several posts but with no luck,
Thank you

The system defaults to the Knowledge Homepage (knowledge.do) because that page is designed to be the "landing spot" where users can see Featured Articles and Categories. If you prefer the direct list view, pointing the glide.knowman.search_page property or the kb_breadcrumb macro to kb_search.do will force the list view.
If you're seeing breadcrumbs in a KB article redirect to knowledge.do instead of kb_search, it’s because the portal or UI page is configured to use the legacy knowledge homepage. In Service Portal/Employee Center, you can fix this by opening Service Portal > Portals and setting the portal’s “KB home page” to kb_search, which makes category links like “Content Governance” redirect to the proper knowledge search view. If you're using the classic UI (kb_view.do), this behavior is hard-coded and you’d need to customize the kb_view breadcrumb macro to point category links to kb_search instead of the legacy homepage.
