Knowledge Approval

Hello All,

We have a requirement for a Knowledge base, where the author wants to select a approver from the approver group, so that the approval goes to only that person. Need your help on how to set this up.

For example : We have a Knowledge base as IT which has a 2 step approval. The author creates an article and it goes to an approval group for approval. Post the approval from this group, this again goes to a second approver group who approves and publishes it. Now, the ask is, the author should select the approver for the first level approval group and the first approver should select the approver from the second level approval group.

Practically it is not ag good practice, for where user add the approver manually, it like you have option to automate but still want to go manual.

Another point, what is use case or benefit of this, to add manual approver.

3rd point, it is possible by using the approver activity in workflow.

Please check change request in approver tab , a user can add approver on run time. But knowledge how you hold the workflow , till time 1st approver add second approver.
