Knowledge article formatting

Hi All,

 

While creating knowledge articles , when html field is filled with sentences in bullet point, the alignment is not proper.

 

Please find below example

 

Expectation

  • I want the secondline to start in the same place where the first line starts in the bullet. However the second line starts below the bullet point

Hi @MohammedYaseen ,

 

if you want a proper bullet points, don't just copy past from anywhere, sometimes copy paste might effect the formatting. Make changes in the source code of the HTML.

you can import knowledge articles directly, you can import a word document as well.
