Hello all,
I want to migrate around 500 articles from cherwell to servicenow
Can someone suggest what is the best approach to migrate.
Few articles have attachments we need to include that as well

Hello, Your best bet is to export your Cherwell data into an Excel file and pull the text into ServiceNow using an Import Set. Since you've got attachments, the cleanest "human" way to handle the files—unless you're a scripting pro is to manually drag-and-drop them into the ServiceNow records while they're still in the Draft state.
