knowledge article not visible while searching with short description on global search

Hi all,

One of my knowledge article is not visible after i made one update of display attachment to false then again riverted back but still i am not able to see that article with the short description on global search. Before i was able to see

its in published state ,knowledge base is also active .

has anyone faced this ?

Is the Valid to data equal to today or some date in the future? If yes, try rebuilding the text index on kb_knowledge.

Hi 

Maybe the record has not been indexed yet.

You can manually trigger indexing by sys_dictionary table and look for the kb_knowledge record where type is equal to collection

Scroll down and select the "Generate Text Index" UI Action
