Knowledge Article: Open the actual article from the report, rather than the article record.

Hi there,

I have a report based on the kb_knowledge table. The report is a list type report, and I would like to be able to open articles directly from the report, rather than just the record of the article.

Is it possible to modify the link in the report so that it opens the actual article?

I doubt we can change this as it is OOTB and by design.

Not a possibility as the link in the list view points towards the record in the table (not the kb_view article).
