Knowledge articles are not editable in list view

Hello All,

Recently we have upgraded ServiceNow instance to Istanbul.

Post that we see that the Knowledge articles are not editable in list view.

Any help on this is much appreciated.

Go to List Control for Kb_knowledge and change value for List edit type:

Hi Basavaraja,



Please check the list control List edit type field plus the roles if any is restricting it. Will also recommend to check list_view ACLs
