Knowledge Articles not appearing on SOW Workspace

Hi, 

I'm trying to setup Service Operations Workspace for my organization but Agent Assist for some reason can't find any knowledge articles? 

When I change the search resource to Knowledge & Catalog, Catalog items appear fine. 

I've gone through the 'Set Up Agent Assist' Product documentation and gone through my searchers, search contexts and table configuration but I can't see what the problem may be?
