Knowledge articles - "Compare" button is not working

Hi!

 

I'm currently working in the Utah version for the developer instance and trying to compare two article versions to see the highlighted changes between them. However, when I click on the "Compare" button nothing happens!

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in understanding why this is happening and any guidance on how I can resolve this situation.

I ran into the same problem using Service Operations Workspace in Tokyo.  I was able to get it working by upgrading the "Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications" plugin from version 1.3.3 to 2.1.2.  

 

If you haven't found a solution, I'd suggest upgrading the workspace plugins you're using.
