Can't find Visual Task Board

Hello team. a client can't seem to find his Visual Task board anymore when i impersonate him i also can't seem to find it can someone help me figure out what may be the cause of this problem ?

If client is not able to see the Visual task board module under the self service then please check the role required to see the module and also check if user has same role or not

  • If still not, then probably there is some role related issue.
  • Check if your client does not have the required roles to access the VTB feature. To use VTB, you need to have one of the following roles: vtb_admin, vtb_user, vtb_read, or admin.
