Knowledge Categories not visible in Service Portal.

Hi,

We are facing an issue on the Service Portal side. 

When we navigate to the Knowledge base page in portal (kb_view2), the categories widget is shown empty. 

Please see the below screenshot.

Please give us a lead on this if anyone has come across the issue earlier.

Check whether you selected Knowledge base in portal.
