Knowledge Feedback Task

Hi Everyone, 

Can anyone tell me the process how knowledge feedback tasks are getting generated? Even after flagging the article or rating it below the limit set in its property in system properties, it is creating a feedback and getting captured under feedback tab in kb_feedback table. But i want to know how to generate feedback tasks which exactly gets captured in kb_feedback task table. I tried many ways still not able to figure out how these are exactly getting generated. Could anyone help me with this?

Is there a way to have the feedback task appear even when it is flagged by an Agent using the article from a case or task or does it only work when flagging from the portal?

Do you know if there a way to make this work for the standard Service Portal (sp)? This is the primary one we use for staff engagement and I'd like to be able to offer the option for a comment to be added when they rate an article 1 to 5 starts, helpful or not, or if the click "Flag Article".

how to make it working in native UI?why its not supported?

Yes, when I have done this setup and click Useful No and give low rating, the record is not creating in feedback task table, help me on this
