We are using article templates

We want the ownership group to appear on the view of the form. The one that displays when searching on the portals

We have the ownership group on the template and when users create the article however when we view the article it does not appear.

How do we get the ownership field to appear  on the view of the article?

Hi @JulietChicago,

I believe the field is a custom one, can you please tell me what roles does the user from the latter screenshot?
Isn't it possible that the Portal/ESC viewer doesn't have the rights to read the field...?

 

Or you will might need some script to automatically populate the Workaround field from the Ownership group, it would be visible under the "test"
