Hello all, 

I am facing an issue in knowledge management that when I am doing checkout of a current knowledge article, the previous versions of that article are moving in retired state rather than outdated state and that id happening for a particular knowledge base only. Can anyone suggest me what could be the reason for this issue, as I have checked the ui actions and nothing is there which is causing this issue. As per oob, when new articles are created by me, the previous versions are moving to outdated state but for some specific ones, the previous versions are in retired state whereas the new one is in published state. 

If anyone could suggest me what could be the reason for this issue, it would be helpful

I have checked the workflow, it's the same one for all... Knowledge- approval publish and Knowledge- approval retire. So, I am not getting what could be causing this
