Engagement Messenger - Multiple Modules

Hi Team, we had a scenario where we need to create different Engagement Messenger modules for different external applications (Multiple Modules for Multiple External Applications).

Had the followng questions.

1. How to identify in the Virtual Agent from which External application the chat has been initiated? Is there a way to send some JS variables or capture the some information from the external application which helps to identify the messenger module and inturn helps to take some decisions in the topic flow?

2. Can we configure different Greetings and Pre Chat survey for each modules seperately?
