Good Timezones,
Hope you are all doing well! After creating new articles, my admins noticed that 2 sets of emails come in when an article is checked out and one when it's set to review.
1) Is there a way to turn off the notification email that comes in when an article has been checked out as we feel this isn't needed?
2) Where can you go to make changes to the wording for messages that go out from being set to review?
If you need any more information, please let me know!

Search in the 'sysevent_email_action' table for table = 'kb_knowledge'. If you find it, set Active = false.
