Knowledge Record Images are not visible to some users having snc_internal role

Hello Team,

Recently I have migrated the data for Knowledge and images have also been Migrated along with Knowledge Record.
Users with Knowledge Manager Role can able to view the Images.

But some users are not able to view the images(Please find the below screenshot)

What will be the issue?
