Knowledge Workflow show "Pending - Not Started"

I am creating Knowledge Articles  using different article templates.

  • When I select the Standard template, the Workflow field shows "Pending - Not Started".
  • However, when I use other templates (like KCS Article or Incident KCS Article), the Workflow field shows "Draft".

Where is standard template defined? Also how to make the workflow state of Standard template also to Draft.

Hi @George_1 

 

Check sys_template table and find your custom template from there.

Then Check if any BR has been applied to change the state for specific template.
