We have an instance with a UI Action called "Retire" in the form for Published items in the knowledge workspace. There is also a "Retired" action in the "More Actions" section that does nothing. We inactivated all "Retired" UI Actions except for the one we are using, but the extra action will not go away. I even inactivated all of them and it still shows up. Does someone have an idea where I can remove this action?
