KPIs For Release Management

Hi all,

Can anyone explain me that these KPIs of release management   are Out of box   or   Automated:-

1. Number/percent of completed releases that caused incidents

2.Number/percent of releases completed on time

3.Customer satisfaction

4.Percentage of Releases by Priority or Type

5.Total Release Downtime in Hours

6.Percentage of Releases delivered on time for Production

7.Percentage of Releases delivered on time for QA / Test

8.Number of Incidents Caused by a Release

9.Number of Outages Caused by a Release

10.Number of Successful Changes within a Release

Hello Ekta,



Please follow below steps..



Go to list view of the KPI's ->   go to form layout ->add Created and created by fields to form from form layout.



Now you can find the name of the person created and time of the creation. Based on that information ,you can   judge the KPI's.
