How to Set landing page as CSM workspace after log in?

Note : this should be applicable to particular set of groups only not all users

the landing page should be like this ...

How did you configure for particular set of Groups Workspace as Landing Page

    I have configured only the roles not based on groups.

the role which is common to those groups.
