landing page issue with the service operation workspace

Hi @team

 service operations workspace unable to land the service operation workspace as a landing page in the servicenow for itil users where i need to configure without using ui builder in servicenow?

4 different users need to land on different workspace

itil - 

itil_admin - 

admin - 

end user - 

currently all the 4 role-based users are landing in same workspace need to configure based on roles. and also need to know if one user is having 2 roles then which landing page will configure.

What are you asking? Do you need all ITIL users to go to SOW after login, or do you need to change the landing page? 

FYI: changing the landing page will always be in UI builder.

Exactly @Mark MandersManders help me with the solution i want to change the existing landing page of itil and admin they are currently getting the cmdb workspace but i need to configure for itil - servicenow operation  workspace admin - default landing page  and i would also like to know if any user is having both the roles which landing page should come ? c
