Latest PDI Waitlist Length

I am currently waiting for the latest instance in the developer area. Can I ask how long is the waitlist and how soon can I expect to receive an instance?

Hi @mullinc

If you’re looking for the Brazil release, I’d recommend taking the Australia release first and then upgrading the instance to Brazil.

I did the same approach myself and now have the Brazil release. The upgrade can take around 7–8 hours, so allow enough time for it.

Important: Cancel/release your current waiting-list request first, then proceed with this approach.

Hello @mullinc ,

There is no published guaranteed wait time . You can simply request Australia patch 7 ,this will  get it earlier as compared to Brazil release .

If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution .

Aditya

Hi @mullinc

Personal Developer Instance (PDI) requests for the Brazil release  are experiencing heavy waitlists and delays due to high demand and limited capacity after the new platform version release.

Other community members reported they are getting added to wait list even if it Australia. So I will suggest you to wait for it to be provisioned/fullfilled. Canceling means you lose your current position in the queue.

If you need an environment immediately while waiting, you can enroll in official ServiceNow University courses to use built-in lab instances.

Please note that support is not available for PDI.
