i am getting this error message when trying to connect to LDAP and configure a server.

ldap://10.10.10.3:389/

Verify server address and port are correct and accessible

What needs to be changed to get access.

Hello Venkat.



You would need to whitelist Serviceow ips on your LDAP server's firewall
