i am getting this error message when trying to connect to LDAP and configure a server.
ldap://10.10.10.3:389/
Verify server address and port are correct and accessible
What needs to be changed to get access.

Also, your Active Directory is located in a private address so that MID Server is required to be used as an intermediary for connection to the server.

Not entirely true you could point to your external public IP address and NAT the traffic to the private IP
