Hi Jay,
What help you are looking for? Working with REST and SOAP API's are very simple in ServiceNow. You can simply create an Outbound REST Message to test your API's.

Hi Masarrat,
I have done Dell API integration where we received api key from Dell. Where as I did not find clear instructions for Lenovo warranty integration. I need help with that.
