Hi,
Upon following all the instructions in the product help regarding lifecycle activation it would appear roughly half the cmdb_ci_hardware CI's get Life Cycle Stage/Status populated. Even though values with mapping are present for operational status/install status/hardware state/substate -> it's as if nothing is picked up.
What means can be used to troubleshoot in this particular case since the sys property that refers to logging can only be found in some "legacy" product docs?
