Limitation of table creation in ServiceNow utilities (App Engine Studio, ServiceNow Studio)

We are implementing an application named "The Philanthropy Hub for Employees" which is a platform for employees to engage in CSR activities. It has functionalities such as employee donation matching, employee volunteering opportunities, non-profit signup for matching, non-profit adding or signing up for volunteer opportunities. I am implementing an application already to implement IT Helpdesk in ServiceNow which uses the tables. I am building 

Philanthropy Hub for Employees on top of this IT Helpdesk application. Since am implementing this in AES, I want minimal tables to implement it. If am implementing this on top ITSM professional, how many tables we are entitled to get? Below I have attached the wireframe of employee dashboard.

No one on the community can tell you to how many tables you are entitled. That's in your contract with ServiceNow, so it would be best to contact your sales rep. The fact that you are building an app on top of an app does nothing with the tables you are entitled to. That's just a count of the tables, regardless of the number of apps you have or how they are linked.
